Gebruik voor het beheer van uw mySmartControl web-account geen smartphone/tablet maar een laptop/PC!
Indien u op het mySmartControl portal (https://portal.mysmartcontrol.com) met uw e-mailadres probeert in te loggen op uw mySmartControl gebruikers web-account terwijl er ook een UNii Online account bestaat met hetzelfde e-mailadres, treedt de melding "autorisatie fout" op.
Om is dit geval toegang te krijgen tot uw mySmartControl gebruikers web-account, dient u in te loggen op het UNii Online portal https://www.unii-online.com
Eénmaal ingelogd op uw UNii Online portal, klikt u op het "smartphone symbooltje" links onderin het scherm waarna u terecht komt in uw mySmartControl gebruikers web-account.
Indien u via het UNii Online portal naar uw mySmartControl gebruikers web-account bent gegaan, kunt u terug naar de UNii Online omgeving via het "laptop symbooltje" links onderin het scherm.
