Notifications such as an alarm, arm/disarm or fault are communicated via push message or e-mail. Zones can be accessed and bypassed in real-time. In a few mouse clicks, the customer sees your logo and address details as standard in the app.

Households with their own alarm system (ML, XL & UNii) can be easily connected to the mySmartControl App.
How it works:
If you haven't downloaded the mySmartControl app yet, the first step is to do so and enter your mySmartControl access code there. See the ‘Download the mySmartControl app’ page for more information.
Then on the mySmartControl user page find the option to get the QR code. Can't find the QR code? Then open the ‘I want to additionally or re-link a phone’ page. Select the user you want to connect to your smartphone and use the phone to scan the QR code or a 6-digit code you can enter in the app to start the pairing process.
The app is now paired with the alarm system and ready to use.
