To manage your mySmartControl account, do not use a smartphone/tablet but a laptop/PC!
- Log in to your mySmartControl account via the mySmartControl portal:
https://portal.mysmartcontrol.com - Go to the ‘Systems’ menu
- Click on ‘Add’
- You will now see an activation code that is only valid for 10 minutes
Pairing a UNii alarm system
- On the control panel, go to ‘Menu’, scroll down and select ‘Settings’ and select ‘mySmartControl’.
- Turn on ‘connect to mySmartControl’, press the ‘On’ function key to do so and then pair the panel via the ‘Pair’ function key. Enter the 6-digit code obtained in point 1.
- The UNii will now register with mySmartControl and will be added to your account.
Pairing an AlphaVision (ML/XL) alarm system
- Go to a control panel and log in to the USER MENU. In the user menu, scroll to MYSMARTCONTROL and enter this option by pressing the OK key.
- Use the arrow keys (down/up) to scroll to the options below:
- ACCESS. Set this option to ON and confirm by pressing the OK key.
- REGISTER. Enter the 6-digit code obtained in point 1 and confirm by pressing the OK key.
The control unit will now register with mySmartControl and will be added to your account.
