To manage your mySmartControl account, do not use a smartphone/tablet but a laptop/PC!
- Log in as an administrator on the mySmartControl portal at: https://portal.mysmartcontrol.com/
- Go to the ‘Systems’ menu
- Go to changing the system (pencil symbol)
- Change the Name and save it
Finally, close the app from the background and restart the app or turn your smartphone off and on again once and then start the app.
