@ or I symbol is flashing red on the keypad

The meaning of the flashing of an ‘I’ and/or the ‘@’ sign on your control panel is explained in the user manual of your alarm system.

To save the search in the manual, please see the below information regarding these ‘lights’ (LEDs).

• Meaning flashing ‘I’:
  
  • Information is present. You can read this Information in the Information menu that you can access via your keypad by pressing the flashing ‘I’ followed by your (main) user code.

• Meaning flashing ‘@’ sign:
  
  • There is no connection to the mySmartControl cloud and/or no connection to the ARC (= Alarm Reaction Centre (if you use one)).
