Notification settings per user

To manage your mySmartControl account, do not use a smartphone/tablet but a laptop/PC!

 


Log in to your mySmartControl account via the mySmartControl portal: https://portal.mysmartcontrol.com/#/login

  1. Go to the ‘Users’ menu.
  2. Click on the ‘pencil “icon” at the back of the user.
  3. Go to the ‘Notification settings’ and check that the correct location is selected. If there are several locations, the notification settings have to be set for each location.
  4. If necessary, change the setting as required and then click ‘Save’.

(The default notification settings are generally fine for most users. Too many unnecessary notifications can cause important notifications to receive insufficient attention after a while).
