To manage your mySmartControl web account, do not use a smartphone/tablet but a laptop/PC!
The steps below apply only if your subscription is purchased from mySmartControl. If you purchase your subscription from your security installer, it is best to contact your security installer.
- Log in to your mySmartControl web account via the mySmartControl portal: https://portal.mysmartcontrol.com/
- Go to the "Subscriptions" menu.
- Select the subscription that suits your needs and follow the subsequent steps regarding the payment of the subscription.
- Immediately after completing the above steps, the web account will be updated and you can start using it right away.
