The steps below only apply when your subscription is purchased from mySmartControl. If you purchase your subscription from your security installer, it is best to contact your security installer.
- Log into your mySmartControl account via the mySmartControl portal: https://portal.mysmartcontrol.com
- Go to the ‘Subscriptions’ menu.
- Select the subscription that suits your needs and go through the subsequent steps regarding payment of the subscription.
Immediately after completing the above steps, the account will have been changed.
