Log in with the mySmartControl administrator account via: UNii online (mysmartcontrol.com)
Make sure the location is visible, and change its name for verification if necessary.
With a freemium or premium subscription, multiple locations can be created.
Check whether the location is also linked to the desired device.
Finally, check whether the users are also linked to the correct location.
