If you have forgotten the PIN for your mySmartControl app, you can easily reset it by following these steps:
1. Open the mySmartControl app.
2. Log in again with your mySmartControl app account.
After logging in, a screen will appear where you can enter the PIN.
However, at the bottom of the screen, there is also the text "Forgot PIN?".
There you will also find the option "Log out and set new PIN".
3. Select this last option and follow the instructions on the screen.
After this, you will have access to the mySmartControl app again.
