- Log in to your mySmartControl account via the mySmartControl app
- Go to the "Settings" menu
- Click on "Manage organization"
- Click on "Create organization"
- Enter the device name (e.g., Customer Name - Location)
- Enter the email address of the (future) administrator
- Click on "Save"
- Then, go to "Locations"
- Add a (new) location (if one does not already exist for the device you are connecting)
- Then, go to "Devices"
- Add a (new) device and give it a name
- Select the desired location (click the arrow on the right-hand side)
- Select the desired time zone (click the arrow on the right-hand side)
- Click on "Save"
Connecting a UNii alarm system
- On the control panel, go to “Menu”, scroll down, select “Settings”, and then choose “mySmartControl”.
- Enable “connect to mySmartControl” by pressing the “On” function key, then link the panel by pressing the “Pair” function key. Enter the 6-digit code obtained in step 1.
- The UNii will now register with mySmartControl and be added to your web account.
Connecting an AlphaVision (ML/XL) alarm system
- Go to a control panel and log in to the USER MENU. Navigate to MYSMARTCONTROL within the user menu and access this option by pressing the OK key.
- Use the arrow keys (down/up) to navigate to the following options:
- ACCESS. Set this option to ON and confirm by pressing the OK key.
- REGISTER. Enter the 6-digit code obtained in step 1 and confirm by pressing the OK key. The control panel will now register with mySmartControl and be added to your web account.
